Ingredients
Tahini Sauce

Instructions
  1. Add the Maggi Shawarma Mix to the chicken, along with the yogurt, 2 tbsp of olive oil and tomatoes. Marinate for atleast an hour (can be left overnight).
  2. In a medium pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and add chicken. Stir fry until golden brown and cooked through (takes about 20 minutes).
  3. In a bowl combine all tahini sauce ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste & adjust as preferred.
  4. Spread a thin layer of tahini sauce across the surface of the tortillas. Slightly to one side from the center, add the chicken, lettuce, cabbage & pickles. Drizzle some sauce on top of the filling. Wrap the tortilla & toast lightly in a toaster oven, sandwich grill or on the pan. Cut in half and serve.
Recipe Notes

-Add 1 tsp of chili paste to tahini sauce for a spicy version.

-Add fries to the filling if you prefer.
